Updated text to: "If an invalid context is propagated on the begin request 
then the validContextExpectedFault operation is invoked on the UserCTXService. 
It is up to the referencing specification to define what an invalid context 
is, but could be a malformed context, for example, or a context that does not 
refer to an active activity.
