New Context document uploaded

On behalf of the editors I've just uploaded the new baseline document that Eric mentioned in an earlier email. This incorporates the model text we worked on and makes structuring changes that (we believe) make it easier to understand the concepts behind WS-Context. The changes we've made to structuring make it difficult to track changes, so you should use the earlier version of the spec. to see how the closed issues have been addressed.
