RE: [ws-caf] Discussion to change meeting time

It's 7:30pm to 9pm CET, which is even worse than in the UK. I would prefer
either shift the time 90 minutes earlier on Mondays (7am - 8:30am PST) or
change to another day. I've a conflict on every odd week on Tuesday 7am - 9am
PST.
