RE: [ws-caf] propsed text for issue 133

Hi folks,

I'm not entirely clear on what is meant by "dereference the context." I
presume it means "send a message to the context manager address to ask
for a (potentially more recent) context document" but the language I see
used in the group doesn't necessarily seem to convery that.

Could anyone spare me a few sentences to explain?
