Now that we no longer have the notion of ALS-es in WS-Context, all text 
related to ALS-es in WS-CF needs updating or removing.

For example, existing text (in 0.1) states:

"As we shall show, WS-CF uses the Coordinator and Participant roles to define 
coordination protocols and associated message sets. However, in order to 
support existing coordination services which may have already defined 
coordinator and participant interfaces and message sets, a WS-CF compliant 
implementation is only required to provide an implementation of the Activity 
Lifecycle Service."

But the coordinator is now hidden behind the implementation of WS-Context. An 
appropriate WS-Context service is located and the correct coordination 
protocol URI is passed in its begin message (the ‘type’ field). This triggers 
the creation of a new coordinator instance, the information for which is 
encoded into the context that is returned from begin, i.e., is in the begun 
message.
