Where:  Page 13, first para

The concept of changing the coordinator for an activity (i.e. the coordinater
identified in a context) does not appear to be supported by the rest of the
specification.

Suggestion:  As participants register for a particular coordination protocol, a
lot of specification would be needed to make the coordination protocol migration
work - would the participants all re-register, be automatically registered,
initially register for a set of protocols ?

This is probably just confusion as to what an activity is.
