Where:  Page 13, coordination protocol definitions

The URI that identifies a coordination protocol is just a name for the protocol.
The reference to locating a coordinator implementation (“implementation” this
time presumably meaning a particular instance – e.g. an entity accessed at a
particular port) is confusing.

Suggestion:  Suggest replacing last sentence with something like “This URI is
merely the identification of the protocol – it is implicitly a reference to the
definition of the protocol, and bears no relationship to the location of any
particular implementation of the protocol”.
