Agenda:
Despite our having just completed a face to face meeting, we've decided to keep this call to preserve the current concall schedule and to provide an opportunity to brief TC members unable to attend the F2F on the results of the F2F.

The agenda is:

1.  Review agenda and appoint scribe

2.  Roll call

3.  Approve minutes from F2F (if available in time)

4.  Review F2F, in particular the plan for advancing WS-CF:
    -- Resolve architectural model
    -- Refactor the WS-CF interfaces
    -- Incorporate edits resulting from changes to WS-Context
    -- Process any issues that remain

    Before we can reach agreement on the architectural model, we need to evaluate two alternative proposals for refactoring the way in which protocols are plugged into the coordinator.  During the call these alternatives will be reviewed.

5.  Review possible schedule for updating WS-CF

6.  Review plans for WS-Context interop demo at XML 2004

7.  Any other business
