The text between Figure 1 title (service-ref Element) and Figure 2 states:

The ServiceRefType is extended by elements of the context structure as shown in
Figure 2.  However figure 2 assigns a type to the context manager element.  It
does not extend at all.

Correct sentence or Figue 2 as appropriate.
