WS-Context TC draft 0.9

I've just uploaded the latest draft of WS-Context. The zip file contains 
a version of the document with revision bars. With many thanks to Kevin 
for massaging the schema/WSDL, this version addresses the following issues:

    XSD: Added invalid-context-structure-fault element
    WSDL: Added invalidContextStructureFaultMessage and 
invalidContextStructureFault operation and binding

    XSD: context-identifier is now of type contextIdentifierType

    XSD: correlation-id has been removed from AssertionType

    XSD: AssertionWithProtocolURIType has been removed and all 
references changed to AssertionType.

    XSD: timeout within context has been changed to expiresAt and type 
xs:dateTime
    DOC: description of context timeout attribute has modified.

    XSD: status is now a QName, added a wsctx:StatusEnumerationType 
containing values

    XSD: begin timeout element is now an optional element with name 
expiresAt and type is a union of
         xs:dateTime and an empty token.  timeout, set-timeout and 
timeout-set now contain an optional
         timeout element of type duration.
    DOC: description of begin/timeout element and setTimeout/timout 
element have been updated.

    DOC: WSDL has been updated.  References to CTXService and 
UserCTXService have been updated.
general
    XSD: timeout-out-of-range changed to timeout-not-supported.
    WSDL: TimeoutOutOfRange changed to TimeoutNotSupported.
    DOC: References to InvalidActivity changed to InvalidContext.

With the exception of Anish's MustUnderstand issues, this also addresses 
all of his other issues.
