On page 14 of Committee Draft 0.9, the text for status says: "Referencing
specifications may extend the basic status types provided by the WS-Context
specification."

Greg says: "Unless someone can explain to me how this works, ie, how does one
extend completing to replace it with committing and rollingback, I think we have
an issue here. I don’t have a problem with this being an abstract model for an
activity, but I don’t understand what we have here."
