Subject: [Bug 262] Extension of status type
http://services.arjuna.com/wscaf-issues/show_bug.cgi?id=262 ------- Additional Comments From mark.little@arjuna.com 2005-05-23 12:03 ------- The intention was that values defined in WS-Context aren't replaced, but referencing specifications may provide additional values. But that was in the days when we had Activity Lifecycle Services. Now it does not seem obvious how this would work. Two possibilities *(there are others) are: (i) the values are replaced. So, for example, a context service that is providing a transaction context, when asked for the status (which is contextualised, so the service can do this on a per request basis), would not return COMPLETING, but would return ROLLING-BACK or COMMITTING. (ii) the status values are not extended in the basic context service; additional status values must be obtained via the referencing specifications. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
