The posted F2F agenda included an item about transactions and
progressing the TXM spec:

The meeting was quorate  and the motions were valid!



Let me clarify the minutes:

	Mark motions that TXM be split into separate, independent 
	specifications. Greg Pavlik seconds. Martin asks if TXM
disappears.

<clarification>
TXM was always intended to be a live document i.e. be added to. Live
documents and specs do not mix!
A spec needs to be fixed and change controlled carefully. Hence the
decision to break into constituent parts.
The TXM question I asked related to the use of term for the umbrella
document, and since the document disappears the term TXM effectively
disappears.
