Many thanks for scribing and posting the minutes.

OASIS was able to fix the problem with the roster and I've now recorded
attendance.  With 5 of 11 voting members however the meeting did not
achieve quorum, so we will need to conduct official votes to ratify the
consensus achieved during the call.
