The addParticipant and removeParticipant messages contain a participant and a
set of protocol URIs, whereas the replaceParticipant doesn't.

I believe it should be possible for a participant replacement to occur for a
subset of the participant's currently registered protocols.

The replaceParticipant message should therefore include a set of protocols.
