I've just uploaded the latest version of WS-Context to the TC page 
(includes pdf, WSDL and schema). The changes are as follows:

(i) correct the issue raised by Doug in the previous release.

(ii) added a status section.

(iii) updated the namespaces.

Many thanks to Kevin, who made the changes. WS-CF should be out on Monday.
