I am really confused! The minutes from the 24th show context arleady
being voted as CD and 
to be put out for public review so what is the point of this ballot, and
why does it end nov 30th?
Also the same minutes recored ws-cf being voted as cd and being put out
for public review.

Can someone please clarify.
