Groups - Bi-weekly WS-CAF Conference Call modified

We haven't had a WS-CAF call in a while due to holidays and lack of
progress on the public reviews.  However WS-Context is now approved as a
Committee Specification and we need to discuss steps to progress it to an
OASIS standard.  We should also discuss the status of WS-CF and ideas for
the future direction of the TC.  Talk with you Monday!  Thanks.
