  I've looked at both zip files referenced below. Before I can send out the notice for Public Review, I'll need the following (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#2.18):

 

1. Change the cover page to indicate the current document status (Public Review Draft) and date (date motion passed to submit for public review). The document contained in the zips below are titled "Editors Draft". Please refer to the templates located at http:/docs.oasis-open.org/templates for additional cover page metadata and running footers.

 

2. Submission formats - HTML, PDF and editable source are required for the prose document.

 

3. Verification that schemas/XML instances are well-formed.

 

  Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in getting the submission together, and I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

    Thank you.   We noted your comments in the last TC minutes.  I assume that we can immediately start the review, and am asking Mary McRae to do so unless Eric or Martin advise her otherwise. 
    The publicly-readable URI for the document you cite most recently to me is
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/15041/WS-CF.zip.
    However, I noticed that there is a second zip file, identically named, downloaded by you later the same day, at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/15042/WS-CF.zip
and each has a *different* WSCF.pdf specification.  (Note there's a unique ID number difference.)  Please confirm to Mary which is the correct one.  You cited #15041 below, and there's an entry on the TC public home page pointing to #15042.
