Is ramp time at both ends? Ask at 3:00, takes 10 minutes to turn on , and five minutes to answer the questions, can't ask < 15 minutes in advance. But ramp time at the end is resp of service, not direct control. G: can we assume communications are not variable? Included in tolerance or assumed?
