Minor changes to WD24 to remove dangling references to Parts Two and Three
while making it clear that they will be a future version.

Next upload will be the PDF with changes (in the text only, not the TOC,
footer, etc) shown with a list of line numbers.

I noticed that there was no table of figures, but I'm not skilled enough to
add it at this point.
