Final PIM for Public Review/CSD vote August 15

The next few emails will be the uploading of PIM WD13.

This is essentially the same as WD12 which has been posted for ten days.

The changes are all minor and nearly all are directly related to https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/WSCALENDAR-537 (use lowerCamelCase consistently). All attributes in the model are now in lowerCamelCase.

The figures were updated to reflect those changes, and some minor typos were fixed. See the diffmarked PDF for details.

We plan a vote to move WD13 to Committee Specification Draft and Public Review at the Friday 15 August meeting, so please be there if you can.
