Description:

R0012 applies solely to services:

 

R0012: A SERVICE MUST at least support the SOAP HTTP Binding.

 

This should also apply to clients.

 

Proposed Resolution:

Add a new restriction:

 

                R00??: A CLIENT MUST at least support the SOAP HTTP Binding.
