Subject: NEW Issue - Terminology

Please defer discussions on this issue until a time this issue is
accepted and is assigned a number.

Document: DPWS
Location (defaults to line number): 120
Owner: Antoine Mensch

Description:
A service is defined as a network endpoint that can receive/send WS
messages. On the other hand, a service can also have multiple endpoint
references (as specified in the relationship metadata) which are similar
to the endpoint (port) definition in WSDL: this hints that a service may
have multiple network endpoints. This could probably be clarified.

Proposed resolution:
Clarify
