Description:

As per OASIS guidelines schema and WSDL files should be created as separate resources. Remove the listing of the schema and WSDL files from the specification. Create an RDDL page and list them as resources in that page. Add a section right after Namesspace that informs the reader about the location of the schema and WSDL files.

Proposed Resolution:

Insert Section called “XSD and WSDL Files” with following content

“Dereferencing the XML namespace defined in Section 2.3 will produce the Resource Directory Description Language (RDDL) [RDDL] document that describes this namespace, including the XML schema [XML-Schema1] [XML-Schema2] and WSDL [WSDL] declarations associated with this specification.
