Description:
The profile could restrict WSDL information to be always exposed as
references, as opposed to inline. This could benefit embedded clients
(in case of peer-to-peer device architecture) which otherwise will need
to be prepared to parse a complex WSDL document.

Proposed resolution:
Restrict WSDL to be provided as references (not inline)
