Subject: NEW Issue - WS-Discovery - Remove transport specification retransmission notes in ProbeMatch and ResolveMatch sections

Please defer discussions on this issue until a time this issue is accepted and is assigned a number.

Description:

The section 5.3 and 6.3 include binding specific retransmission notes in parenthesis. Thus binding information is already present in Section 2.4. This should be removed and replaced with the general binding agnostic statement.

Proposed Resolution:

Make the following changes in Section 5.3 Probe Match.

If the Target Service receives more than one copy of the Probe message as determined by the [message id] property [WS-Addressing], it SHOULD respond only once. (The transport may require transport-level retransmission, e.g., *_UDP_REPEAT [SOAP/UDP].)

Make the following changes in Section 6.2 Resolve Match.

If the Target Service receives more than one copy of the Resolve message as determined by the [message id] property [WS-Addressing], it SHOULD respond only once. (The transport may require transport-level retransmission, e.g., *_UDP_REPEAT [SOAP/UDP].)
