Subject: WS-DD Teleconference, Tuesday, November 18, 8AM Pacific Time

The next WS-DD teleconference is at 8AM Pacific Time tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18.

Meeting details can be found at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/event.php?event_id=19400. An annotated agenda appears below.

Please be reminded of outstanding action items at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_items.php, including the following items for everyone:

#18 - Existing device implementers to investigate and report on how difficult to support accept multiple headers in association with Issue 70

                        http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=2348

#33 - Issue Originators: Review Issues, for any where it is possible, make a proposal by replying to the issue email

                        http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=2379

#55 - Prepare priorities and proposals for F2F

                        http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=2414

#57 - Review Multi-home docs and be prepared to talk on it

                        http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=2416

#58 - Interop Attendees: send email outlining testing

                        http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=2417

We’ve been doing some thinking about the glidepath we need to be on to finish CD2 in time to implement it for the second interop event in February. Working backward from February 23, we think the absolute latest that we can have CD2 nailed down would be January 27 (four weeks before the interop, on the assumption that implementations would be deltas from those produced for the first interop). All editorial issues would need to be Resolved by January 20. Issues that impact implementations need to be Resolved (incorporated into the document by the editors and ready for review by the TC) a couple of weeks before that, around January 6. Due to the holidays, this means that resolutions to the issues need to be agreed to by the TC a couple of weeks before that in order to give the editors time to do their work – probably no later than the December 23 teleconference. This gives us a couple of weeks after the face-to-face for issue resolution work. What do you think of this timeline? We can discuss it on the call tomorrow as well.

Best regards,

            -- Toby and Alain
