Updated WS-Discovery to address i007 and i009

Per last week’s TC discussion, I have made the following proposed changes to the WS-Discovery specification:

 

Issue007; lines 327-334: Added the missing elements to the “facsimile” of EndpointReference and made a couple of small grammatical suggestions in the subsequent paragraph.

 

Issue009; lines 796-797: Inserted the text “and trailing slashes ('/') MUST be removed” to the existing text.

 

All of my changes were made with tracking on, and they appear (well, to me at least) as underlined blue text.
