Description:

In wd-04 line 348 in section 3.1 "... A Target Service that matchES the Resolve..."

Proposed Resolution:

Replace "match" with "matches"

 

Note that for consistency purpose, it may be nice to rewrite lines 347-349 the same way lines 344-345 are written.
