DPWS currently references some out of date specifications (e.g., WS-Eventing).  Some of these specifications have not yet been fully standardized, but more recent non-standard versions are available.  We should update these to the most recent version available.

 

The internal references to WS-Discovery also need to be updated to track CD02.
