Description:
The metadataversion cannot safely be associated with the metadata it is
belonging to.

Example sequence:
- Metadataversion has been received (e.g. as part of a Hello or Resolve
Match message).
- Device change, metadataversion increased.
- Client does not received the Hello message due to network problems.
- Client requested metadata.
- Client assoicates the received metadata with an old metadataversion.

Proposed resolution:
Include metadataversion as an attribute of the description for a DEVICE.
