Issue 113 - DPWS - Clean up Network Model section

The Network Model subsection (7.1.5) of the Security section describes how security covers different administrative domains.  An administrative domain is a deployment concept and has no impact on the protocol, and the rules in this section are arbitrary and do not change the implementation choices made by implementers.

 

Proposed change: remove Network Model (7.1.5) and incorporate any remaining concepts into the security section introduction.
