Updated contributor list for inclusion in CD2 of WS-DD documents

Here's the updated contributor list to be included in all three specifications. It includes the following changes from the original list:

• Change capitalization of Odonata.
• Change Don Wright's first name.
• Add Asir's middle initial.
• Add Ingo.

Of course, further changes and additions can be made. No need to file a formal issue -- just send an email. We'll also add new members automatically.
