Hi Elmar,

thanks for the comments. I think the comment you are refering to is 
actually related to the previous sentence:
Line 549-550: It must be included by a DEVICE for each of its HOSTED 
SERVICEs. It must be included by a HOSTED SERVICE for itself.

The sentence lines 551-553 was already there in the previous version, 
and I just moved it from the following paragraph. It refers to the 
possibility of providing information about HOSTED SERVICEs in several 
metadata sections. As it was there before and nobody objected to it, I 
kept this feature, but I am actually not so sure of the added value it 
brings to the spec.
