I have uploaded a candidate Committee Draft 02 for DPWS.  This candidate
draft document is not final, but includes fixes for all open pending issues
and the cumulative proposal for the open security issues.  New changes on
top of the last security draft I sent have been marked with change
tracking.

Please review this document as soon as possible.  I would like to hear any
objections or concerns ASAP (by Friday if possible) so we can address them
before the conference call on Tuesday.  During that call, I also intend to
ask if there are any objections to the security proposal in this
document.
