This Interop scenario document contains the following changes.

- Resolutions of following issues.
  * IP001: Allow additional types to be sent in WS-Discovery messages used
in WS-Discovery interop scenarios
  * IP002: WS-Discovery Interop scenario document has wrong schema for
CalculatorService WSDL
  * IP003: WS-Discovery interop scenarios - Clarification to Scenario
- Following new scenarios have been added to cover compact signature and
the additional scope matching rule.

 * Scenario 5.1.1  Compact Signature-Hello-ad hoc
 * Scenario 5.1.2  Compact Signature-Bye-ad hoc
 * Scenario 5.1.3  Compact Signature-Probe-ad hoc
 * Scenario 5.1.4  Compact Signature-Resolve-ad hoc
 * Scenario 3.2.8  Probe-managed-scopes-none

- changes related to CD02 of WS-Discovery

 * Expected Probe Match results in the scenario now include the transport
addresses when applicable
 * WS-Discovery reference is upadated to CD02
 * WS-Addressing reference is updated to WS-Addressing 1.0 core
