RE: Issue 149 - WS-Discovery - Update WS-SecureConversation andWS-Trust references to latest version

These references are cited in the security guidance section and do not impose any requirements on the WS-Discovery specification. None of the features of WS-Discovery specification are dependent on specific version of these specifications. hence in addition to updating the references I propose that we move these references to non-normative references section.

Description:

 

The OASIS WS-SecureExchange (WS-SX) TC recently produced WS-SecureConversation v1.4 and WS-Trust v1.4 OASIS Standards. The current references to those specifications from WS-Discovery need to be updated.

 

Proposed resolution:

 

1.  Change references below to point to WS-SecureConversation v1.4 and WS-Trust v1.4 OASIS Standards.
