Subject: Change in Microsoft email addresses
Microsoft is making a change in how they process inbound email. Effective August 12, 2009, email addressed to <name>@windows.microsoft.com will no longer be processed, but should be sent to <name>@microsoft.com instead. You may want to scan your address book, and if you have email addresses for any Microsoft correspondents in the form <name>@windows.microsoft.com, you should change them to <name>@microsoft.com, or messages will be rejected starting tomorrow.
