Paper Submission

Papers can be submitted through the SOCNE submission website located at

http://www.socne.org/

Authors are invited to electronically submit a full paper (MS Word or 
PDF format) of their original work following the IEEE instructions. Each 
paper will be peer reviewed by three reviewers. The best paper will 
receive a best-paper award. The manuscript should follow IEEE two-column 
format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The paper size is 
limited to 6 pages (double column). Please refer to the SOCNE 2010 
webpage for submission and paper formatting instructions. For further
