As a reminder for people calling from europe, the US have switched to summer time, but Europe hasn't yet...
So the conference call will start at 4pm central european time instead of 5pm.

The primary purpose of this call is to discuss formally changing the frequency of WS-DD teleconferences. Based on discussions with participants in W3C WS-RA, it may be some time until WS-Eventing, WS-Transfer, and WS-MetadataExchange reach the required level of approval within W3C for WS-DD to proceed with work on DPWS 1.2 (since the charter calls for us to reference and profile the W3C Recommendation version of the specifications; see http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ws-dd/charter.php#item-4). It doesn’t seem to make sense for us to continue to schedule weekly teleconferences while we wait for referenceable specs from WS-RA. According to Section 2.15 at the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#closingTC), TCs must meet at least once every six months (“The TC Administrator may close a TC that fails to conduct at least one Quorate Meeting or conduct any Specification Ballots during any six month period”). We should consider the appropriate frequency for meetings (such as two, three, or four times per year) during this waiting period, and formally establish the meeting schedule.
