please find below a summary of what I said last meeting:

The proposed solution in WS-Eventing (not W17!) for relating an event 
source port type to the set of events produced by the source is based on 
WS-Policy, rather than on an extension of the WSDL portType construct. I 
find the proposed solution not very strongly specified (a lot of 
flexibility is left to the WSDL author). This has two impacts:
- Significant changes in tooling
- Possibly the need for DPWS to be more specific in the way to relate 
event sources and events, thus creating a profile that may not be 
understood by "standard" implementations of WS-Eventing.
