Vote on DPWS Design Guide on April 27 WS-DD teleconference

As we decided on the April 20 call, during the April 27 call we will vote on approval as a Committee Draft the white paper "Design Guide for specification built on the Devices Profile for Web Services". You can find this document at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/download.php/35606/Design%20Guide%20for%20specifications%20built%20on%20the%20Devices%20Profile%20for%20Web%20Services.zip. It has previously been reviewed in the TC. I encourage you to read it through once again before the April 27 call in preparation for the vote. If any substantive changes are needed, we can postpone the vote, but keep in mind that it's possible to publish the paper and the update it as often as we wish, since the CD vote requires little overhead.
