Agenda approved as presented

  3. Election of Officers

     a. Chair

Jeff/Martin - Elect Joel Fleck as Chair - UNAN

  (meeting turned over to Joel)

      b. Vice-Chair
There were 2 candidates - MikeD and JeffM
    Tie vote: 4-4
    no one was elected - the position will stay open until the SC  
decides otherwise

      c. Secretary

No candidates stepped forward, position is open.

      d. Treasurer

No proposal to have a Treasurer.


   4. Schedule for election of empty SC seat

Jeff/Steve  - SC accepts Mike Champion's resignation effective January  
12. - UNAN

  Election to be scheduled to fill 2 seats -- the one being vacated by  
MikeC and the empty one to be filled per the ROP by Jan 12, 2010.
              Both seats are one year terms (I think, Mary should  
verify)

Jeff/Martin - Establish election schedule as follows: - UNAN
                       ASAP -  Announcement, Call for Nominations -  
sent by OASIS staff
                27 Dec 2010 - Close of Nominations
                 3 jan 2011 - Balloting starts
                11 jan 2011 - Balloting ends
                12 Jan 2011 - term of office starts

   5. SC Meeting Schedule

Next meeting will be 21 December 2010, 0930 PST - same callin

Deferred to next meeting:

   6. Use of mailing lists (MS, SC)
   7. Licensing terms for profiles/test tools
