I am happy to announce Ram Jeyaraman of Microsoft has won the Steering Committee election.  He will formally join the Steering Committee during the conference call 25 January to begin his two year tenure on the Steering Committee.

Thanks go out to everyone who voted.  7 of 20 eligible entities voted for Ram, significantly exceeded the threshold required to win.

Please join me in congratulating Ram for his victory and looking forward to his contributions to the Steering committee and Member Section.
