Re: WS-I Reliable Secure Profile 1.0 document is broken

That was the problem that was previously identified by Gil, ~
November, December 2010 by Gil..  The published public document has
internal links to the private doc.  Our staff went through that doc
and fixed the links to demonstrate the proper solution, but I don't
think that solution staffing scales well. ;-)
