It is now 3pm PDT Monday afternoon. To my knowledge Joes has not sent out an email regarding the WS-I Steering Committee Meeting tomorrow morning; 9:00am PDT, October 30. 

Jeff has offered to host the meeting, but he is in Europe. 

I am willing to host the meeting. Scott and anyone on the Steering Committee who is able to, should use the following call-in data at 9am PDT Tuesday morning and we will discuss what we can and cannot do.

  I'm in france next week for the W3C TPAC/AC meeting - i may still be in traveling at the scheduled time.
     
  I can ask gil to set up the call using my conference number if need be. Joel?

  FWIW, i have no objections to the BRSP TC affiliating. 
 As to the election, the OASIS Member section admin is responsible for running those elections i believe, so i don't think there is any formal action the StC needs to take - though it might a good idea to start soliciting candidates.
