         Subcommittee established, with Paul and Sanjay as chairs, under 
the abbreviation [ws-rx-implement].  By default it has all the rule & 
database attributes of a TC -- voting members, observers, a mailing list, 
its own page, document repository, etc.  SC membership (or observer status) 
will be open to WS-RX TC members by subscription on their own, or SC chairs 
can add them using their admin access to the roster.  You can also change 
chairs that way.
     I have not announced this by a posting to the WS-RX TC main 
list.  Please make it known to the TC members.
     Please advise me what charter, or statement of purpose, or etc. I can 
use as the metadata/scope for the SC.
