RE: [ws-rx-editors] CVS

I don't really understand the reference to "releasing" anything. The TC
in general and the editors in particular need a source-control mechanism
so that we can track the versions of the drafts as we make changes to
resolve issues. The latest version of the drafts (including working
drafts, candidate drafts, candidate specifications, etc.) will always be
available on the OASIS site. In my mind, the policies on this repository
should be read-only for WS-RX TC members and read-write for WS-RX
editors. I don't know if it is possible, but I don't think the CVS
repository should be viewable by non-TC members.
