RE: [ws-rx-editors] Minor nit

I noticed we have yet another nit to deal with. The w3c docs are xml
based, they are a pain in the butt but yyyy/mm, document status kind of
entities can be automatically included to the document as one is going
to publish them. 

We don't have a solution to this with .sxw, do we?
